1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using KRONEX, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into this agreement. Do not use KRONEX if you do not agree.

2. Free educational service

KRONEX is a free educational information service. It may display market commentary, trading-signal information, charts, alerts, and historical outcomes. KRONEX is not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, execution venue, or payment service.

KRONEX content is general educational information only. It is not personal financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation to trade.

3. Trading risk

Financial markets are volatile. Trading can result in partial or total loss of capital. Prices, spreads, execution, timing, and results vary by broker and market conditions. Past outcomes do not predict future performance. You are responsible for your own research, decisions, risk management, and any trade you choose to place.

4. Account security and deletion

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You can permanently delete your account in the app from Profile → Delete account.

5. Acceptable use

You may use KRONEX for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

• resell, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit KRONEX content without written permission;
• interfere with the service, evade security controls, or attempt unauthorised access;
• use KRONEX for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity; or
• represent KRONEX content as personalised financial advice.

We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

6. Intellectual property

KRONEX branding, software, signals, content, and design are owned by KRONEXAPP FZE or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable licence to use the service under these Terms.

7. Third-party services

KRONEX may display or depend on third-party services, including charting, hosting, authentication, and notification providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply to their services. We do not control third-party services.

8. Availability and liability

KRONEX is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that information will be current, complete, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, KRONEXAPP FZE is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these Terms and will publish the updated date on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
